The reason for my nomination

Marijo is currently leading and building Bos Advisors in collaboration with a network of expert advisors around the world. Together, we serve global clients, supporting them in the discovery, design and development of programs to overcome the barriers to leadership and organizational success. Our focus is on inspiring positive impact which can be leveraged across the organization. Our goal is to support leaders in making this a reality.

Our work is with teams focused on achieving high performance and leaders dedicated to creating positive impact. Our experience includes delivering programs in 20 countries in North and South America, Australia, Asia and Africa. Performance themes include Upping the Inclusion IQ (both genders) in an organization, Breaking the Barriers to High Performance, Transforming Difficult Conversations to Learning Conversations, Making Change Happen , Connecting across Cultures, and more.

Bos Advisors serves global client organizations and also collaborates with leading business schools in their markets, IE business school in Spain, Cotrugli serving the Balkan States and Duke CE supporting their global clients.

Marijo is a Current Board Member for one of the largest and most dynamic business networks, European Professional Women's Network. With a presence in 17 cities across Europe and 13 countries, it is a cross-cultural high impact organization. She is also the founding President in Spain and dedicates significant time and energy to building awareness and engagement on the topic of women's progress in business in Spain.

Earlier in her career Marijo served as a Partner with two global service firms, Russell Reynolds Associates, leading the Media and Entertainment Practice and with Oliver Wyman Leadership. In between these roles she was part of an exciting internet startup team in Santa Monica as a SVP, eCompanies which created, built and invested in numerous media companies.
